Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on-chain via NOWPayments. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is verified and your order enters fulfillment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience additional processing delay. Processing time does not include transit time.

Important: RECMA Scientific is currently completing a warehouse relocation to improve inventory management and fulfillment capacity. During this transition period (estimated through Q3 2026), you may experience:

• Extended processing times of 2–5 additional business days on select SKUs
• Temporary unavailability of certain product variants
• Split shipments if items are fulfilled from different inventory locations

We will notify you by email if your order is affected. You may cancel an unshipped order for a full refund of the product subtotal if processing delays exceed 10 business days from payment confirmation.

• Standard international shipping fee: $40 USD
• Free shipping on merchandise orders over $500 USD (after volume discounts, before shipping)
• All shipments include tracking numbers where available
• Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days internationally; 3–7 business days for select regions

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or local holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices. We declare shipments as research materials with accurate commercial invoice values.

If a shipment is refused, returned, or destroyed by customs due to local import restrictions, we are not obligated to reship or refund. Research buyers are responsible for verifying import compliance in their jurisdiction before ordering.

We accept cryptocurrency only: USDT (TRC20) and Bitcoin (BTC). Payment must be completed within the 15-minute window shown at checkout. Underpaid or expired payments result in automatic order cancellation; you may place a new order at any time.

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and peptides, please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery if:

• Products arrived damaged (cracked vials, leakage, compromised seals)
• You received incorrect SKU(s) or missing items
• Packaging shows signs of tampering

Include your order number, photographic evidence of the issue, and a brief description. We will review each case individually and may offer replacement shipment, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

All sales are final once shipped. Due to the nature of research-grade materials — including temperature sensitivity, sterility requirements, and chain-of-custody concerns — we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or resealed products.

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Unshipped orders: Full refund of product subtotal if cancelled before shipment (crypto network fees are non-refundable)
• Warehouse delay cancellation: As described in Section 2, if processing exceeds 10 business days
• Verified fulfillment error: Wrong item shipped — replacement or refund at our discretion
• Lost in transit: If tracking confirms non-delivery after 30 days, we will reship or refund

Refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency where possible, or as store credit. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to buyer error are not eligible for refund. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipment fees apply.
